Directions: Prior to use, warm the bottle of oil in hot water for a few minutes. Once oil is warm, use to do a self massage and let absorb for approximately 15-20 minutes, before showering. To begin, apply the warm oil to the body starting at the hands, going up the front and back of the arms towards the heart, down the front and back of the sternum, go down the legs and end at the feet. Use a circular motion around all joints and use a back and forth motion on all the muscles.

Caution: It's best to not do abhyanga massage when you are menstruating, pregnant, or apply it to an infected, painful, or swollen areas of the skin.
