Best if used in the morning and/or the afternoon for a pick-me-up. Using the Chashaku, scoop 2 grams of matcha into the Chakoshi strainer. Sift matcha into a small bowl or cup. Add 2 ounces of hot water (not boiling hot so 175f / 80c) and whisk using the Chasen until frothy. Add frothy matcha to your favorite plant-based milk, stir, and enjoy.
