1. Cleanse hair and scalp. Hair may be damp or dry. 
2. Remove the sealing caps from the selected DUO Pods. Insert it gently into the device until you hear a click.
3. Long press the power button to start your treatment. Single click the power button to toggle through gentle (white), balance (green), and boost (blue) modes.
4. Gently glide the DUO from front to back on the scalp in a slow combing or circular motion. 
5. Repeat until all desired areas have been treated.
