- LED, or light-emitting diode, works by emitting infrared light (causing heat) in specific wavelengths and density, which have different skincare benefits. By stimulating blood flow in the treatment area, the mask helps rejuvenate dull and tired skin exposed to environmental factors.
- The anti-aging red light LED works in conjunction with the amber light LED to help speed healing, boost anti-aging properties, and kill bacteria. The wavelength of the red light varies from 620nm to 750nm and helps stimulate collagen and elastin production. It's also believed to reduce cytokines, which cause inflation. Before you begin, ensure your mask is charged (about 1 hour).
- Use two to three times a week for 15 minutes.
- Apply your favorite skincare serum.
- Place the shield comfortably over your face.
- Press the power button to start your LED therapy session. The power button is located on the left side of the device.
- To power down, press and hold the power button until the light has turned off.
- To clean, use a cotton pad with alcohol and gently swipe the shield's surface.
